Product Liability

We are not responsible for any personal injuries or property damage allegedly resulting from products sold through any of our channels of business. Users should use their best judgment when making a purchase.

Refunds 

URBAN enoteca events:  Customer must notify URBAN enoteca no later than 10:00 am PST (2) two days prior to the date of the scheduled event in order to receive a full refund on their purchase.   A $10.00 transaction charge will be applied to all refunds.

URBAN enoteca classes:  Refunds on URBAN enoteca classes are not permitted.  If a customer is not able to attend the scheduled class, customer must notify URBAN enoteca no later than 10:00 am PST (2) two days prior to the date of the scheduled event in order to receive a monetary credit to be used toward a future class.  The monetary credit is to be equal to the amount paid by the customer for the original class.

Delivery of Purchace 

When your make a purchase of anykind through URBANenoteca.com you will recieve a reciept via email within an hour of purchase.
